A decision of a subdivision authority on a subdivision application
where the Provincial Board does not have jurisdiction;
The issuance of a stop order;
and
If an interested /impacted person disagrees with a decision on a development application, a decision on certain subdivision applications or the issuance of a stop order, he or she may also file an appeal in some circumstances.
